Shipping

We ship most gear anywhere in NZ for $5. Surfboards go by Flyways for $80 in the South Island and $120 in the North Island, to main centres only with no rural delivery. We don’t ship bikes, so bikes, hire and the workshop are in-store only. See shipping info for the details.

Payment

In store and online we take Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers and Afterpay.

We aim for 1 to 2 business days, 3 to 4 for rural delivery. We use NZ couriers for most items.

Coastal Sports does not keep credit card details, all payments are processed through Eway or Paypal, which are bank level encrypted payment solutions. Coastal Sports checkout is also SSL certificated to add another level of security for your information. For full website terms of use click here

If the items have been paid for and is also in stock, it normally takes 1 business day to process and dispatch an order. Allow an extra day if there has been a public holiday in that week. No dispatch available on weekends

Yes a New Zealand GST receipt is supplied with all purchases.
