$5 anywhere in New Zealand

What courier company do we use?

New Zealand Couriers and NZ Post for small to medium items, Flyways for bulky items. Bikes and surfboards are available for in-store pickup and local Kaikōura hire only; we do not ship these items.

How long does courier shipping take?

New Zealand orders.  Most items take an average of 1-2 working days in South Island and 2 working days if you are in the North Island. Please allow an extra day if you live in a rural address.

How long does it take for Coastal Sports to dispatch an order for stock items?

If the items have been paid for and is also in stock, it normally takes 1 business day to process and dispatch an order. Allow an extra day if there has been a public holiday in that week.

Do you dispatch orders on weekends?

No, we are only able to dispatch orders from Monday to Friday.
